The bagels are not real, like Accenture Services said above. Just round shaped bread rolls. Too fluffed up and limp.the coffee is bland or always has that old generic taste of beans that sat too long. The rugelach or whatever that's offered for the breakfast deal have too much margarine. Taste funny, or old, if not suspicious. Other foods just did not look appealing. The staff's attitude is nice when English was spoken. The visit was before the latest covid lockdown.

Love the food here , they need to seriously revamp the sitting area but the food and ice coffees make up for it! Takeaway a good option!

Accenture Services

The cream cheese was ok. But the bagels are far from the real New York boiled bagels. I'm willing to drive miles and miles for a good bagel and I hope to find a good bagel shop in the Jerusalem area.

I've had only good experiences with them their food is delicious worth it they do charge a bit extra for toasting a bagel etc. Like most bagel stores in Israel overall 5 stars portion and quality wise

all in all a good israeli breakfast experience. pros: basic but good variety, tasty, about 35 shekels a dish, healthy options (e.g. 5% fat cream cheese). cons: atmosphere a little dead (no music), customer service with out the smile, small servings for the price, bagels not included with most dishes, lots of oil used.
